Volunteer paint job

Albert the Florida gator: statue repaintedEven though it was a gator and not a Seminole, my kids helped out with a volunteer job to transform Captain Charlie’s Florida Gator garden statue. He’s had it for years at the entrance to his Tampa home.

We had fun for a couple of hours, attacking it at the same time with our own brushes and colors.   It was a chipped up mess-of-a statue but now the gator has another decade or more of looking great!

  1. Volunteering feels good to help out or provide a happy memory, even make new friends – the most popular ways I give through art is usually cartoon portraits and a logo rework.
